These terms govern your use of the Miss Intercontinental Zambia website and the services offered through it. By using the site you accept them. The site is operated by Miss Intercontinental Zambia in Lusaka, Zambia.

Tickets

• A ticket admits one person to the The Grand Finale on Saturday, 26 September 2026 at The Venue @ La Verde, Foxdale, Lusaka, unless the ticket says otherwise.
• Your seat is confirmed when payment clears. Corporate tables are invoiced and confirmed on payment of the invoice.
• Tickets are personal to the buyer. We may refuse admission to anyone presenting a duplicated, altered or resold ticket.
• Refund and transfer terms are shown with each ticket at checkout and form part of these terms.
• If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If it is cancelled outright, we refund the ticket price.
• The programme, running order and participants may change.

At the venue

• Admission is subject to the venue’s own conditions, including any search or security requirement.
• We may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that endangers or disrupts others.
• The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you accept that you may appear in that material, which we may use to promote the pageant.

Applications

• Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Selection is at the discretion of the national organisation and its panel.
• The information you give us must be accurate. Material misstatement is grounds for disqualification at any stage, including after crowning.
• Eligibility criteria published on the Apply page form part of these terms.
• You keep ownership of photographs you submit and grant us permission to use them in connection with the pageant and its promotion.
• If you are selected as a finalist or titleholder, a separate written agreement will govern your participation and the duties of the reign.

Use of this site

• You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
• Text, photographs, the crest and the wordmark on this site are owned by us or our licensors. Press may use material supplied in the media kit on the terms stated there.
• The Sela assistant gives general information. Where its answer conflicts with these terms or with the ticket terms at checkout, the written terms govern.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
